3-Roll Self-Aligning Carry
Steers a wandering belt back to centre on its own. When the belt bears against a guide roller at either end, the pivoting frame swivels and the angled rollers correct its path, with no manual adjustment.
Where it's used
Suited to low- and medium-tension belts, and fitted on straight carry-side sections where mistracking tends to occur, typically near loading zones, spaced as required. It stays clear of transition zones and pulleys, where the pulley and the changing trough geometry govern the belt and a self-aligner would disturb the tracking.
