Garland impact beds for an 11,500 t/h conveyor ship to South America

A consignment of heavy-duty garland impact beds has left the Lorbrand factory for a conveyor in South America carrying 11,500 t/h.
The beds
Each bed hangs a row of five-roll garlands across a fabricated frame. The garlands carry rubber-ring impact rollers and swing under each lump strike, absorbing impact energy before it reaches the belt and the conveyor structure.
Rubber-cushioned mounts on the side rails carry each garland and damp the shock passed into the frame. Lump size and drop height set the garland pitch, roller rating and frame on each bed.
