Hybrid rollers suit heavy-duty applications where the belt could come into contact with a roller's housing edge, and inaccessible areas where frequent maintenance inspections are impractical.
Fibre-filled nylon PA66 housings, with a high Vicat softening point and heat-deflection temperature, are press-fitted into standard steel conveyor tube. If the belt ever contacts a housing edge, the nylon housing reduces the risk of belt damage.

Centrifugal seal, labyrinth seal, storage seal and bearing seal work in series to keep contamination out and grease in, for maximum roller life.
Low out-of-balance value
Accurate manufacture and low tube TIR keep the out-of-balance value low, for smooth running at belt speed.
Concentrically machined & ground spindles
Axle spindles are CNC-machined and ground concentric to the shaft, so the bearing runs true on its seat.
