3-Roll Retractable Carry
Carries the belt on a standard three-roller trough whose frame retracts, drawing the rollers out to the side for inspection and change-out without lifting the belt or working above or below it. It keeps rollers serviceable where stoppages must be short or the structure is hard to reach.
Where it's used
Installed at reduced spacing alongside retractable impact stations through loading zones, and on elevated gantries, enclosed galleries and other confined runs where roller change-out is difficult. It also suits positions directly under loading chutes that carry a high, continuous material stream with little lump impact: there a steel carry roller handles the stream load without the cyclic overheating that would degrade rubber impact discs in the same spot.
