Standard
3-Roll Offset Carry
Supports the belt continuously across its full width, with three rollers staggered along the direction of travel so their ends overlap at the wing-to-centre junctions. The overlap closes the gap between roller ends and lets the idler sit lower than an equivalent inline frame.
Where it's used
Traditionally used underground and in other low-headroom installations, where the offset's reduced frame height fits the limited vertical space. The continuous, gap-free support across the trough also makes it well suited to thinner, lighter belts, which are more prone to edge and junction wear on an inline idler.
