3-Roll Adjustable Transition Carry
Eases the belt between flat at the pulley and fully troughed, with a wing-roller angle set by bolt position for the transition zone.
Where it's used
Fitted in the transition distance just inboard of the head and tail pulleys. A shallower wing angle eases the belt gradually into or out of the trough, reducing the edge stretch and buckling that an abrupt flat-to-trough change would otherwise cause.
