3-Roll Retractable Impact
Absorbs material impact in the loading zone on a cushioned trough whose rollers pull out on a retractable frame for replacement, with the belt left in place.
Where it's used
Used in loading zones that need impact protection with short stoppages for roller changes. The frame lets a worn impact roller be withdrawn and replaced with the belt left in place, keeping a high-wear position maintainable. Where the belt carries a steady material stream without impact loading, a steel carry roller suits better: constant load builds heat in the rubber discs and breaks them down, though steel rollers cannot take heavy impact.
