Absorbs impact across an extended bed of six rubber-cushioned rollers, two three-roller troughs in line, on a frame that lowers as one unit so the rollers change out without dismantling the structure around them.
Where it's used
Sized for medium-impact loading zones that take a combination of stream and impact load. Where the belt carries a steady material stream without impact loading, a steel carry roller suits better: constant load builds heat in the rubber discs and breaks them down, though steel rollers cannot take heavy impact. The drop-down frame makes roller replacement practical, so it suits moderate impact and load locations where maintenance access matters.
