PRODUCTS: Idlers (Safety Roller)
This patented device eliminates one of the biggest risks when working near the return
belt on a conveyor system.
On conventional return rollers if an object is inserted between the running belt
and the return roller the object is pulled into the conveyor, which can result in
loss of a life or limb.
The Bambanani safety roller overcomes this problem with its unique lever activated
release catch.
Should an object be caught between the running belt and the return roller the belt
throws the lever and simply releases the return roller.

The return roller then drops out of the mounting and the object is released from
the conveyor without damage to the object or the conveyor.
The Bambanani safety roller is so efficient that should one put their hand between
the running belt and the return roller the roller is released without causing injury.
